Recruiting Coordinator

Position Description
CGI Federal is searching for a dynamic and detail driven Recruiting Coordinator to join our high performing Talent Acquisition team!  If you thrive in fast paced environments, love keeping things organized, and enjoy collaborating with passionate professionals, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact every day.

This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities
As a key member of our recruiting operations, you'll help drive a smooth, positive candidate experience from start to finish, including but not limited to:
. Managing accurate entry and maintenance of candidate records
. Creating, preparing, and distributing offer letters
. Supporting background investigations and security clearance activities
. Coordinating interviews and managing calendars
. Arranging candidate travel and processing expenses
. Partnering with internal stakeholders to support onboarding activities
. Use technology including the Applicant Tracking System to keep accurate and complete records
. Proactively support improving the processes and procedures
. Tracking detailed candidate lifecycle steps within SharePoint Online
. Complete administrative and programmatic support including meeting coordination, collateral preparation, file maintenance, audit support and other ad hoc projects

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
. Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred (equivalent administrative experience or training considered) 
. 3+ years of administrative experience
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint Online
. Detail oriented in multiple systems of record (i.e. Applicant Tracking System and Sharepoint Online)
. Ability to organize several tasks and work with multiple team members at the same time
. Work experience in a professional environment, communicating face to face, over the phone and in writing 
. Ability to proactively escalate questions or concerns to Recruiters or management

Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required
. Experience in an HR or Recruiting environment
. Knowledge of social media platforms
. Experience with Microsoft Outlook

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $35,200.00 $70,300.00.
