Production Manager

Salary/Pay Rate: $80,000 - $85,000
Position Overview
Are you an experienced manufacturing supervisor ready to step into a full management role? Or are you a seasoned pro looking to escape the 24/7 chaos of a massive plant?
We are looking for a hands-on Production Manager to lead our tight-knit manufacturing team. Unlike massive corporate facilities with endless red tape, this is a streamlined 2-line operation with fewer than 20 employees across two shifts. This means you will have true ownership of the floor, a highly predictable schedule, and a work environment where your impact is noticed daily. It's a stable company that's been in operation for over 50 years and has a continuous improvement mindset with people, processes, and equipment.
