Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Transportation Systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• We look for 7+ years of experience in technical support, field services, or transportation technology settings.
• We require 5+ years of experience leading or managing technical support teams.
• We need hands-on experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting traffic management systems and equipment.
• We seek experience supporting both hardware and software solutions in customer-facing environments.
• We require strong knowledge of traffic controller systems, including configuration, operation, and maintenance.
• We value working knowledge of relational databases and core database support concepts.
• We need familiarity with traffic cabinet setups, field hardware, communications networks, and system architectures.
• We expect excellent customer relationship management and issue-resolution skills.
• We require strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root-cause analysis abilities.
• We need proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and standard business software.
• We require strong verbal and written communication skills.
• We expect the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

• We lead and oversee a technical support and field services team, providing direction, coaching, and performance management.
• We plan, coordinate, and prioritize support work to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• We develop and roll out customer support processes, procedures, and operational standards.
• We act as the escalation point for complex technical issues involving traffic management systems and related technologies.
• We provide technical consultation and application support to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• We deliver technical training on traffic controller systems and transportation technology solutions.
• We investigate customer issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• We create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, training materials, and knowledge base content.
• We partner with engineering and product teams by sharing feedback on product performance and customer needs.
• We help develop technical specifications, manuals, presentations, and support resources.
• We monitor team performance, resource utilization, and operating expenses.
• We evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to products, tools, and support processes.
