Health Insurance Agent - No Experience Necessary

Full-Time | W2 or 1099 Options | $60K–$120K+ Potential

We are seeking In-Person Health Insurance Agents to meet with clients virtually, provide expert guidance, and help them secure the right coverage.

We are open to:

• Licensed agents ready to produce immediately
• Motivated individuals who need to obtain their license (we guide you through the process)

This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to build a long-term career in insurance sales , whether you're experienced or just getting started.

• Meet with clients in person to assess healthcare needs and coverage options
• Educate individuals and families on:
  • ACA health plans
  • Private health insurance
  • Medicare options (when applicable)
  • Supplemental products (dental, vision, etc.)
• Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend personalized solutions
• Assist clients through the application and enrollment process
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and referrals
• Deliver a high level of service aligned with a client-first philosophy

• Open to licensed and unlicensed candidates (we help you get licensed)
• Proven track record of successfully onboarding entry-level agents
• Support with carrier access and product training
• Flexibility to work as W2 employee or 1099 independent contractor
• Opportunity to build a book of business and long-term residual income
• Hands-on mentorship and ongoing development support

• Base + commission (W2) or commission-only (1099) options
• Uncapped earning potential based on performance
• Typical earnings range: $60,000 – $120,000+ annually
• Performance-based bonuses and incentives
• Long-term income through renewals and referrals

Licensed Agents

• Active Health Insurance License (preferred)
• Experience in ACA, private plans, or Medicare (a plus)
• Strong communication and closing skills

• Highly motivated and coachable
• Willing to complete the licensing process quickly
• Strong work ethic and desire to build a career
