Job Description

Join our team as an Assembly Technician responsible for mechanical and electrical assembly of small power drives. Your role will involve working with small hand and power tools to assemble products in accordance with engineering documents.

• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of small power drives.
• Utilize small hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
• Follow engineering documents to accurately assemble products.
• Operate a computer to update the manufacturing status of jobs.
• Continually monitor the quality of parts used in the assembly process.
• Complete and maintain all required paperwork.

• Proficiency in assembly and the use of hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly.

• At least 1 year of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly.
• Possession of a GED or high school diploma.

We offer a voluntary benefits program, a $125 safety shoe reimbursement once hired on, and up to $10,000 in tuition reimbursement.

The work environment includes first shift hours from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm and second shift hours from 2:45 pm to 11:15 pm. The facility is very clean and tasks involve small part assembly with no heavy lifting required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in New Berlin,WI.
