Role Overview

The Web Designer / UI Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing, user friendly, and responsive website designs that align with client goals and brand guidelines. This role requires a strong understanding of UI best practices, modern design trends, and the ability to translate concepts into functional design layouts. You will collaborate with developers, marketers, and project teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design website layouts, landing pages, and user interfaces with a strong focus on usability
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity mockups
  • Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for desktop and mobile
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design files
  • Develop design assets including icons, banners, graphics, and UI components
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Conduct quality checks on website visuals and user flow before launch
  • Stay updated on UI, UX, and web design trends to improve design output
  • Support iterative improvements and design revisions based on feedback

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2 to 5+ years of experience in web design, UI design, or related roles
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and UI design work
  • Proficiency in Figma , Adobe XD , Sketch, or similar design tools
  • Good understanding of UI and UX principles, layout structure, and visual hierarchy
  • Basic knowledge of HTML , CSS , and web functionality is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to create clean, modern designs
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with remote teams
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects

  • Clear communication with project managers, developers, and stakeholders
