Training Specialist (Sales Trainer)
North Bay Area, CA (On-Site) Up to $34/ hr✅ Temp-to-Hire
Looking for an energetic Training Specialist / Sales Trainer to help develop, coach, and empower our growing sales team. If you're passionate about training, mentoring, and driving results through learning, this is your chance to make a direct impact on employee success and company growth.
What You'll Do Deliver engaging training programs for new and existing sales team members
Lead onboarding and professional development initiatives
Measure training effectiveness and employee performance
Coach and motivate sales professionals to achieve their potential
Maintain and improve training materials and programs
Stay current with sales trends and best practices
Track and report training outcomes
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent sales leadership experience
2-4+ years of experience in sales training, corporate training, or similar roles
Strong knowledge of sales processes and best practices
Experience with e-learning platforms and training tools
Excellent presentation, communication, coaching, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
