This position reports to: Production Supervisor

The work model for the role is: Onsite, Athens, TN
Your role and responsibilities: • Ability to work in a factory environment (concrete floor, heat, cold, noise, etc)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time; frequent bending stooping, twisting and lifting
• Safety Awareness, use of company designated PPE
• Ability to work with a team
Qualifications for the role: • High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to receive and understand verbal and written instructions and respond in English
• Proficient in Basic math skills
• Able to lift 10-30 pounds on a continual basis
