Sr Helicopter A&P Mechanic
Job Description
This role focuses on performing advanced maintenance, inspections, repairs, and upgrades on helicopters, with a strong emphasis on Bell and Airbus aircraft. You will use your A&P license and extensive helicopter experience to ensure all work meets high safety, quality, and regulatory standards, while coordinating documentation, parts, and project timelines within a busy hangar environment.

Work Environment
Work takes place in a large hangar environment with approximately 45 employees, where helicopters are repaired, upgraded, and serviced, including fleet support and installation of full air medical, law enforcement, and VIP/corporate kits, components, and avionics packages. The setting involves hands-on work around active aircraft, maintenance equipment, and specialized tools, with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and organized workflows. Employees use computer-based maintenance management systems and work collaboratively within a busy, project-driven facility.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Pleasant, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $48.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
