As a Security Officer - Overnight Netflix in Los Angeles CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic tech and media location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and deliver welcoming customer service. You will communicate professionally document observations using technology and support a positive environment. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors talent vendors and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices studios common areas parking facilities and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures assisting with credential checks and directing guests to appropriate locations.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner escalating concerns through established communication channels.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity incident and patrol reports and communicate relevant observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
