Title: Scheduling Coordinator
Duration: Open Ended w2 Contract
Location: 100% Remote but must be able to work Pacific Time Zone
Shift: M-F 8 am-5 pm PT (if located in CST must work 10 AM-7 PM, if located in EST 11 AM-8 PM)
We are looking for a dedicated professional to provide top-tier support to our Senior Managers, ensuring their calendars, travel, and expenses run like clockwork.
**Skills Required**
Calendar Management for high-volume corporate C-suite executive support.

responsibilities:
Master the Calendar - Proactive Scheduling: Create, manage, and optimize meetings for supported Senior Managers while actively resolving complex scheduling conflicts.
- Meeting Logistics: Respond to meeting requests, send/respond to meeting polls, and reserve meeting rooms.
- Event Coordination: Arrange on-site food and beverages for meetings.
- Visitor Management: Process external visitor requests, coordinate arrivals with the local Admin, and provide guests with 'Guest Wi-Fi' connectivity procedures.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve scheduling or logistics issues using documented procedures.
Travel Coordination - Seamless Booking: Book and manage end-to-end travel arrangements efficiently using SAP Concur software.
Expense Management - Financial Filing: Prepare, track, and manage monthly expense filings seamlessly through SAP Concur software.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of the following technical skills and professional traits:
Executive Support Experience: Proven ability to support Senior Managers in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Outlook Calendar Support and SAP Concur (or similar travel/expense software).
Top-Tier Soft Skills: Exceptional business etiquette, strong organizational skills, and an unmatched attention to detail.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to handle scheduling conflicts and visitor logistics calmly and efficiently.
