Delta-T Group is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our partnerships with schools, healthcare organizations, and social service providers nationwide.

What You’ll Do
*Develop new business relationships with schools, healthcare organizations, and community-based agencies
*Prospect through phone outreach, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and industry events
*Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
*Identify key decision-makers and schedule meetings with prospective clients
*Present Delta-T Group’s staffing and workforce solutions in a consultative manner
*Maintain ongoing follow-up and relationship management with prospects and clients
*Attend conferences, networking events, and community functions to generate new business opportunities
*Track activity, pipeline growth, and sales performance metrics

*Confidence with outreach, networking, and business development activities
*Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
*Professional presence with strong organizational and follow-up skills

Qualifications
*Experience in sales, staffing, business development, account management, or customer service preferred
*Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
*Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office preferred
*Proven ability to meet goals, build relationships, and drive results
