T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and administrative recruiting processes to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
What You’ll Do - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
- Coordinate and schedule job fairs, hiring events, etc.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates and reviewing resumes
- Prepare interview materials and ensure interviewers are aligned and informed
- Facilitate offer processes, including drafting offers
- Support onboarding coordination for new hires
- Track recruiting metrics and generating reports as needed
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every touchpoint
Who You Are - 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or administrative support
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby, ADP, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments
- Familiarity with interview scheduling tools and calendar management
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and employment practices
