Job Description

MAU is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator in Albion, IN. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support client staffing needs by recruiting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while maintaining a continuous applicant pipeline and providing exceptional customer service.

Shift Information
  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Required Education and Experience
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience

Essential Functions
  • Recruit, screen, and hire qualified candidates to meet client staffing and capacity requirements
  • Maintain a consistent applicant pipeline through job advertising, recruiting source development, and analysis of weekly and monthly recruiting source reports
  • Receive, process, analyze, and regularly review customer work orders
  • Maintain candidate Kanban pools at established levels to ensure employees are available to meet ongoing customer staffing needs
  • Communicate with onsite management and client leadership regarding staffing and customer service needs
  • Maintain excellent customer service through client-site visits at predetermined intervals
  • Administer company policies and procedures
  • Process weekly payroll with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Develop and update new-hire orientations for new and existing clients
  • Establish new pay and bill rates with manager approval
  • Administer client-required assessments
  • Process merit, tenure, and incentive increases
  • Submit Billing Source Documents as appropriate for each customer
  • Communicate with customers to address and resolve invoice non-payment issues
  • Manage workplace injury cases during working hours, including accident investigations and completion of accident/injury reports and workers’ compensation documentation
  • Determine appropriate return-to-work assignments for employees released by their medical provider
  • Attend unemployment hearings
  • Attend workers’ compensation hearings
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work primarily in a professional office environment using standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines
  • Occasionally work at customer sites in administrative and manufacturing environments
  • Customer environments may include process manufacturing equipment and heavy industrial vehicles
  • Work environments may range from non-temperature-controlled facilities to GMP clean room environments
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to periodically lift 5–20 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand or walk for up to 4 hours
  • Ability to sit for up to 4 hours
Travel
  • No travel required
