This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Real Estate Coordinator based in United States.

This is a customer-facing, remote opportunity supporting people at the beginning of their real estate journey.
You will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while helping customers understand services, referral options, and next steps.
The role combines consultative customer conversations, referral coordination, case management, and accurate documentation.
You will assess customer needs, connect them with relevant real estate services, and ensure a smooth experience throughout the referral process.
Success in this position requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and comfort working across multiple digital systems.
The environment is structured and performance-driven, with clear service, quality, and productivity expectations.
This role is particularly well suited to someone who enjoys phone-based customer interaction and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers entering the real estate referral process, primarily through inbound and outbound telephone interactions.
• Verify customer information and clearly communicate available services, next steps, timelines, and referral processes.
• Conduct structured needs assessments to understand customers’ real estate objectives, preferences, transaction requirements, and service needs.
• Promote and coordinate appropriate referrals for affiliated real estate services, including departure and destination brokerage referrals, mortgage, title, insurance, and related solutions.
• Obtain required customer consent and ensure referral placements comply with applicable policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
• Manage an active and evolving caseload, conducting timely follow-ups to maintain customer satisfaction and support effective agent engagement.
• Accurately document customer conversations, referral activity, case updates, and outcomes across CRM and other business systems.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to resolve customer, agent, brokerage, and referral-related questions or issues.
• Balance multiple customer interactions and competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Consistently work toward established customer service, quality, productivity, and performance targets.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and customer-focused team environment.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of customer service experience required, with call center, inside sales, financial services, retail, or comparable experience strongly preferred.
• High school diploma required; some college education is preferred.
• Previous knowledge of residential real estate, home buying, selling, mortgage, or related processes is advantageous but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally over the phone.
• Strong customer-service orientation and a courteous, empathetic, and consultative communication style.
• Comfortable working with multiple digital platforms and systems simultaneously; experience with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities while maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, structured, performance-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through when managing customer cases and referrals.
• Regular and reliable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to maintain productivity while working remotely.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment and treating customers and colleagues with professionalism and respect.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States, with the role specifically designated for candidates based in the Eastern U.S. time zone.
