As an overnight caregiver, your presence and attentive care ensure that our clients and their families can sleep with peace of mind. Key Responsibilities * Provide reliable overnight supervision and assistance with nighttime routines. * Assist with transfers, mobility support, and medication reminders as needed. * Respond promptly and calmly to nighttime calls, assistance requests, or emergencies. * Help with light housekeeping, preparing simple morning or evening routines, and ensuring a safe environment. * Maintain clear and caring communication with family members and management. Qualifications & Requirements * Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with flexibility to work any day of the week (scheduled based on your availability and team needs). * Location: Must have reliable transportation to commute to Montgomery, TX (easy commute for applicants living in Conroe, TX). * Experience: Previous caregiving experience (professional or personal) is preferred, but a compassionate heart and a strong work ethic are the most important qualifications! * Requirements: Must pass a background check and possess a valid ID / driver's license.
