Order Manager

Coordinate orders from sale to shipment, ensuring accuracy, on-time delivery, and seamless cross-functional communication.

Order Manager Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $41,600.00 / annually
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Manage outbound sales orders and related purchase and production orders.
• Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and production to meet customer delivery deadlines.
• Ensure accuracy and completion of order documentation and billing packets.
• Expedite materials and inventory needed to fulfill customer orders.
• Communicate fulfillment, inventory, and delivery issues to the sales team.
• Obtain and update shipping information to prevent order delays.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality standards.
• Assist with shipment coordination and outbound truck scheduling.
• Prepare Bills of Lading, MTRs, and other shipping documents as needed.

Order Manager Qualifications:

• Previous experience in order management, customer service, logistics, supply chain.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and order management/ERP systems
• Knowledge of shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, packing lists, and related paperwork.
