The Night Auditor at Dalwadi Hospitality Management serves as the primary point of contact for guests during the night shift, ensuring a seamless experience while upholding brand standards. Essential Duties:

• Check in guests efficiently and warmly, ensuring accurate room assignments and rates
• Handle guest check-outs, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism
• Operate hotel phone system, handle reservations, and provide assistance to guests
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
• Conduct security walks and ensure compliance with safety procedures
• Generate audit reports, communicate effectively with team members, and maintain a high level of performance
