Position Overview

We are seeking a highly autonomous, mathematically fluent, and process-proficient Middle+ / Senior Game Designer to join our rapid-fire iGaming and game mechanics division under a permanent, full-time remote footprint open across Ukraine, Poland, and Romania. In this high-leverage interactive design seat, you will claim complete ownership over translating abstract gaming concepts into clear, scannable Game Design Documents (GDDs) and managing math configurations for our slot products. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated administrative transcription filing, entry-level website layout adjustments, or basic copywriting logs, you will run an active gaming math modeling, volatility balancing, and asset delivery laboratory. Partnering directly with embedded 2D/3D artists, client-side developers, producers, and sound engineers, you will execute rapid feature testing iterations and pivot on the fly to see your vision flawlessly shipped into live global environments. This position requires a game mechanics authority with 3+ years of professional design history who guides interactive software loops fluidly natively using Game Dev and math primitives, structures multi-tier game logic, and collaborates flawlessly across distributed development tribes.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Game Mechanics Governance: Conceptualize, architect, and deliver highly engaging interactive features and wagering loops for digital titles natively utilizing Game Dev methodologies.
• Slot Mathematics Modeling: Design, calibrate, and balance complex mathematical frameworks, probability matrices, paytables, and Return to Player (RTP) profiles for slot games.
• Meticulous GDD Instrumentation: Author, maintain, and publish detailed, crystal-clear Game Design Documents (GDDs) that serve as the technical source of truth for cross-functional execution.
• Cross-Functional Studio Collaboration: Lead, align, and collaborate alongside production teams composed of 2D/3D visual artists, backend developers, music producers, and QA analysts to guarantee exact asset deployment.
• Rapid Iteration Cycle Triage: Execute design adjustments and feature testing parameters within brief, high-velocity development sprints, maintaining comfort switching project focus on the fly.
• Implementation Validation Control: Audit active development builds continuously, checking gameplay systems, audio timings, and artistic flows to ensure product implementation reflects core designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 3+ years of proven, successful professional history operating inside a Game Designer, Slot Mathematician, iGaming Systems Architect, Product Designer, or closely matching technical interactive capacity.
• Expert Slot Game Mathematics Command: Demonstrated history and a rich portfolio of practical cases directly configuring math profiles, slot volatilities, and payout distributions.
• Verified capability writing structured, comprehensive, and highly technical design documentation without structural ambiguities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and team-syncing communication strengths in English, with an established background leading collaborative asset reviews next to multi-disciplinary technical leads.
• Location Context: Position operates under remote guidelines open exclusively to qualified interactive entertainment design authorities residing permanently within Ukraine, Poland, or Romania .

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Prior technical or functional design background operating inside high-volume iGaming, mobile casual gambling, or casino software production landscapes.
• Familiarity with simulation scripting (such as basic Python or spreadsheet logic arrays) to test and run thousands of automated mathematical trial iterations.
• Grounded understanding of global gaming regulatory parameters, localized interface constraints, or visual psychology behaviors.
