  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols at all times, maintaining health inspection readiness on every shift.
  • Assist with prep work including cutting, portioning, marinating, and organizing mise en place before and during service.
  • Monitor product quality and freshness, communicating any concerns to the General Manager immediately.
  • Assist with receiving, rotating, and properly storing food deliveries in accordance with FIFO standards.
  • Contribute to opening and closing duties including station setup, breakdown, and end of shift cleaning.
  • Adapt quickly to menu changes, specials, and high volume periods with a positive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Support the kitchen team during special events, seasonal releases, and large party service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure a successful shift.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant, brewery, or hospitality establishment preferred.
  • Solid understanding of kitchen operations, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to recipe adherence and portion accuracy.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for the culinary craft.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
