Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial plumbing systems and equipment
Troubleshooting water, waste, vent, and gas piping systems
Installing and replacing plumbing fixtures, piping, valves, pumps, water heaters, and related equipment
Identifying potential issues before they become major problems
Responding to emergency plumbing service calls as needed
Completing service tickets, maintenance reports, and required documentation accurately onsite
Communicating job progress, material needs, and customer concerns with the Service Manager or Project Manager
Maintaining professional relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers
Following company safety procedures and applicable plumbing codes
Keeping your service vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked

Valid Maine Journeyman or Master Plumber License required
Minimum 3 years of commercial plumbing service experience required; 5 years preferred
Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial plumbing systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and plumbing drawings
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Valid State of Maine Class C driver's license
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple service calls
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties, including climbing ladders, kneeling, bending, and working in varying weather conditions
