Job Description

Salary: $115,700 - 180,600 per year Requirements:

  • We require a BA/BS degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • We require 8+ years of experience in a technical, business, military, professional, or U.S. government contractor environment.
  • We need strong proficiency with MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite, Deltek Cobra, scheduling data integration with manpower, EVMS, and proposal support systems.
  • We require experience developing and maintaining IMP/IMS on DoD programs with EVM requirements.
  • We require capability in critical path analysis and slack management.
  • We require experience with variance analysis.
  • We require knowledge of EVMS concepts, including analysis and corrective actions.
  • We need the ability to contribute positively at a high level in a team setting.
  • Preferred skills include schedule risk analysis.
  • Preferred skills include risk and opportunity management.
  • Preferred skills include Open Plan scheduling software.
Responsibilities:
  • We lead the development of program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters.
  • We analyze historical and predictive program performance and monitor contract and program Estimate at Complete results.
  • We review findings with program teams and make recommendations.
  • We serve as a subject matter expert, mentoring program teams and PPM staff on program management tools and processes.
  • We integrate subcontractor and material cost and schedule data into program data.
  • We perform advanced analysis of EAC, Management Reserve, and risk and opportunity management.
  • We prepare and present accurate, timely program review materials for senior leadership.
  • We reconcile program data with the latest contract modifications.
  • We define requirements to help solve common business problems.
  • We foster trust, teamwork, and collaborative working relationships internally and externally.
  • We interface with multiple IPT leads and program managers across different geographic locations.
  • We demonstrate EVMS compliance through audits.
  • We communicate professionally and effectively with team members and customers.
  • We support other programs during critical periods when needed.
  • We manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • We ensure timely and accurate program deliverables.
  • We act as a change agent and challenge the status quo.
  • We lead development of detailed IMP and IMS plans to meet contract and program objectives and support cost and schedule integration.
  • We ensure advanced schedule techniques, such as health and quality checks, resource loading, critical path analysis, and risk analysis, are applied effectively.
  • We ensure major project and program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated and resolve network logic conflicts.
  • We create and analyze program milestone charts.
  • We create and manage WBS, IMP, and IMS for proposals.
  • We mentor and train employees on planning and scheduling best practices.
  • We lead efforts to automate processes that solve common business problems.
  • We lead testing of new EVMS and schedule tools, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
  • We lead the adoption of new EVMS and schedule tools.
  • We lead tool redesign efforts to improve performance.
  • We train analysts on EVMS and scheduling tools.
  • We serve as a senior resource to analysts developing solutions for complex business requirements.
  • We lead process improvements to increase the efficiency of our program performance management function.
