As a **Language Recording Specialist**, you will produce high-quality voice recordings that help improve speech recognition, text-to-speech, language understanding, and conversational AI systems.

This is a flexible, remote opportunity for individuals with excellent pronunciation, natural speaking ability, and strong attention to detail.

## Current Openings

### Native Mandarin Language Recording Specialist (Male)

**Requirements**

* Native or near-native Standard Mandarin (Putonghua)
* Male speaker
* Clear, natural pronunciation and articulation

### British English Language Recording Specialist (Female)

**Requirements**

* Native British English speaker
* Female speaker
* Currently residing in or originally from **Manchester** or **London**
* Authentic British English pronunciation representative of your region

## What You’ll Do

* Record speech prompts, dialogues, and scripted content for language technology projects.
* Deliver clear, natural, and consistent recordings while following project guidelines.
* Adapt tone, pace, and speaking style as required.
* Review recordings to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness before submission.
* Meet project deadlines and recording targets.
* Report pronunciation, script, or technical issues when necessary.
* Maintain consistent recording quality throughout the project.

## Qualifications

* Native or near-native fluency in the required language.
* Excellent pronunciation, diction, articulation, and vocal clarity.
* Ability to read scripts naturally and accurately.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
* Reliable internet connection.
* Quiet recording environment.

## Preferred Background

We welcome applicants with experience in:

* Voice-over or narration
* Broadcasting or podcasting
* Language teaching (ESL, EFL, Mandarin, etc.)
* Translation or interpretation
* Linguistics
* Communications
* Public speaking
* Customer service or call center roles with strong verbal communication
* Speech data collection or AI language projects

Professional voice acting experience is welcome but not required.
