Possess basic Chinese communication skills to coordinate with domestic teams, enabling flexible bilingual switching and outstanding cross-cultural communication capabilities. 3. Core Competencies Strong business negotiation, logical presentation, lead generation and market analysis skills. Proactive, agile and bold in developing new overseas markets. Excellent stress tolerance, execution and teamwork skills, capable of independently managing the full workflow of overseas client communication and project tracking. Proficient in Microsoft Office and online meeting tools, with proven competence in drafting formal business documents. 4. Preferred Qualifications Genuine interest in biopharmaceuticals and the CRO industry with a willingness to build a long-term career in the sector. Prior internships in overseas marketing, cross-border business, exhibition coordination or client service are a plus. Outgoing, responsible, pragmatic and trustworthy with strong professionalism and client service awareness. Short-term domestic and international travel may be required. 1. International Market Development & Client Acquisition Conduct research and development of target overseas markets, identify potential clients including overseas pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotech startups and research institutes. Proactively engage clients via emails, online conferences, international industry exhibitions and academic seminars to promote the full spectrum of the company’s preclinical CRO services and build long-term cooperation intentions. 2. Full-cycle Client Liaison & Business Operations Take full ownership of overseas client inquiries, demand communication, project evaluation, preliminary solution drafting, quotation calculation, tender document preparation, business negotiation, contract drafting and signing. Accurately capture clients’ R&D demands and deliver customized preclinical R&D solutions based on the company’s laboratory capacity, project timelines and compliance standards to boost cooperation conversion rates. 3. Project Implementation & End-to-End Coordination Act as the exclusive business point of contact for overseas clients. Collaborate closely with internal scientific research, project management and operation teams to align client requirements, project progress, experimental adjustment requests and delivery standards. Track the entire project lifecycle including execution, data submission and post-delivery inquiries, resolve roadblocks in a timely manner to ensure smooth project delivery and sustain stable client partnerships. 4. Client Relationship Management & Existing Business Expansion Build comprehensive overseas client profiles, maintain regular communication with existing partners through periodic follow-ups, and share updates on the company’s expanded service offerings, technical upgrades and compliance certifications. Identify opportunities for repeat orders and multi-project collaborations to lift client repurchase frequency and deepen strategic partnerships. 5. Market Intelligence Collection & Brand Promotion Monitor global preclinical R&D industry trends, competitor dynamics, regional pharmaceutical policies and shifting market demands, and compile regular market analysis reports. Participate in domestic and international biopharmaceutical exhibitions and academic events, oversee overseas brand promotion, business presentations and resource networking to elevate the company’s global brand recognition and industry influence. 6. Business Data Administration & Work Review Compile and record overseas business metrics, client resources, project milestones and transaction data. Complete regular work reviews, performance summaries and forward-looking work plans. Support the team in optimizing business workflows, refining communication scripts and upgrading the client management system.
