NOW HIRING: Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanics

Jacksonville, FL Area
Pay: $20–$28/hour (Based on Experience)

Skilled Trades Services is actively hiring experienced Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanics for upcoming commercial construction projects in the Jacksonville area. If you have experience installing ductwork and enjoy working on large commercial jobs, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Install square, round, spiral, and rectangular ductwork
• Read and interpret blueprints and HVAC drawings
• Measure, cut, assemble, and hang sheet metal duct systems
• Install VAV boxes, diffusers, dampers, and related HVAC components
• Ensure work is completed safely and meets quality standards
• Work effectively with other trades on active commercial job sites

Qualifications:

• Previous commercial HVAC sheet metal installation experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and layout duct systems
• Must have basic hand tools and reliable transportation
• OSHA 10 Certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
