Department: Human ResourcesShift: Full-Time; On-Site; M-FFacility: St Joseph HospitalLocation: Elgin, ILResponsibilitiesFormulate and manages programs relative to selection, training, promotion, and other employer/employee relationships. Interviews job applicants; develops personnel record forms; adjust disputes and grievances and recommends necessary disciplinary actions; analyzes, classifies and evaluates jobs. Administers employee welfare and recreation services, and serves as an adviser to executive staff in personnel implications of policies, programs, and proposed organization changes.Please read the information in this job post thoroughly to understand exactly what is expected of potential candidates.QualificationsEducation and Work ExperienceBachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience required.Master's Degree preferred.At least 2 Years of Healthcare Experience required.Must be familiar with the hospital organization; functions of various departments; pay practices and techniques, review techniques; training methods.Familiar with the labor market for recruitment and understanding of accreditation standardsKnowledge of state and federal wage and hour laws required.Pay TransparencySaint Joseph Hospital - Eligin offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $97,656 to 136,344 on an annualized basis.
