Roles & Responsibilities

• Assemble/kit products and package them into bags for shipment to customers (1 opening)
• Move pallets and materials throughout the facility using handcarts and light equipment; assist on the line during downtime (4 openings)
• Use inspection and light equipment to move materials, parts, assemblies, and scrap within the facility
• Sort and inspect materials, using rulers where needed
• Maintain quality records and follow good documentation practices
• Apply basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks within defined SOPs
• Follow quality guidelines and prescribed procedures
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and Team Lead/Supervisor
• Perform basic math calculations and interpret documents written in English
• Operate within a metrics-driven environment
• Use general computer skills as needed

Experience Required

• 1+ year of continuous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or quality-related roles (must be one continuous year in the same role, minimum)

Skills & Certifications

• Material handling and inspection
• Reading rulers / basic measurement
• Quality documentation and record-keeping
• Basic computer skills
• Effective written and verbal communication (English)
• Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment

Eligibilities & qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
• Able to lift/move over 50 lbs
• Good vision required
• Able to work required overtime when requested
• Comfortable in a warehouse environment with moderate to loud noise levels and seasonal temperature variation
• No drug screening required
