We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Gardeners, Planters, and Installers for both full-time and part-time seasonal positions. Responsibilities

• Plant, transplant, fertilize, water, prune, and weed flower beds and plant areas
• Maintain flowers, bushes, trees, and shrubs to ensure healthy growth
• Propagate bedding plants and support plant health care initiatives
• Maintain job sites by keeping areas clear of debris and organized
• Operate hand and power tools as needed for landscaping tasks
• Support various maintenance activities as required
• Promote and follow workplace safety and environmental best practices
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Interest in horticulture, landscaping, or related fields
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
• Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to landscaping
• Physical ability to lift and move objects weighing 25 lbs or more
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to read and follow landscape plans and safety procedures
• Relevant or transferable experience is a plus, but not required
• Flexibility to work across multiple divisions (Landscape, Tree Care, Plant Health Care) as needed
