Job Description: 

 As a Budtender, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with their purchases and providing expert guidance on our range of cannabis products. Your friendly demeanor and product knowledge will help educate customers, offering personalized recommendations to meet their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. 

- Educate customers about various cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods. 

- Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer inquiries and needs. 

- Maintain a clean and organized display of products to enhance the customer experience. 

- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulatory compliance. 

- Process transactions accurately using the POS system while adhering to cash-handling procedures. 

- Ensure compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations. 

- Contribute positively to a team-oriented environment, supporting colleagues when needed. 

- Address customer questions and concerns, ensuring a positive shopping experience. 

- Continuously update product knowledge through training and research.

Qualifications:

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. 

- Basic understanding of cannabis products and their effects. 

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. 

- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. 

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 

- Must be of legal age to work in the cannabis industry as per local regulations.
