Stand-Up Forklift Operator – Colorado Springs

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating stand-up forklifts, including reach trucks and order pickers, and be committed to maintaining a safe, productive, and efficient work environment.

Pay and Schedule

• Pay: $24/hr
• Location: Colorado Springs, CO
• Schedule: 4X10 hour shifts 10:00pm-8:30am

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate stand-up forklifts, including reach trucks and order pickers.
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Accurately complete inventory checks and required documentation.
• Maintain organized storage locations and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures, equipment guidelines, and company policies.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating a stand-up forklift is required.
• Ability to pass forklift certification and safety training.
• Experience with reach trucks and/or order pickers preferred.
• Basic math, inventory, and recordkeeping skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
