:  We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Event Staff to join our dynamic team and help deliver exceptional experiences at a wide range of events. As an integral part of our event operations, you will play a key role in ensuring that every event runs smoothly, safely, and successfully. This position is ideal for individuals who are personable, proactive, and able to work in fast-paced environments. Event Staff are responsible for engaging with attendees, providing information and assistance, and supporting logistical setup and teardown activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of event venues, including equipment and signage.
• Welcome and direct attendees, providing excellent customer service and information.
• Monitor event areas to ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
• Manage crowd control and assist with line monitoring to maintain order.
• Distribute materials such as programs, tickets, or promotional items to guests.
• Support event staff and vendors with logistical needs and communications.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Experience in customer service or event-related roles is preferred but not required.
