Environmental Scientist – Phase I & Phase II ESAs

Growing environmental consulting firm is seeking an Environmental Scientist with 5+ years of experience conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.
• Manage Phase I/II ESA projects from start to finish
• Conduct site inspections, environmental research, and subsurface investigations
• Experience with soil, groundwater, and soil vapor sampling
• Prepare ASTM-compliant reports and technical documentation
• Coordinate clients, contractors, laboratories, and regulatory agencies
• Strong project management and technical writing skills
• Ability to mentor junior staff
• NYC/NY environmental regulatory knowledge preferred
• OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER preferred
