We are looking for a Remote Document Entry Specialist to help organize and enter information into our computer systems. This is an easy, entry-level position suitable for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable using a computer.
The role involves entering information from documents, checking data for accuracy, organizing digital files, and completing basic administrative tasks. Training can be provided to qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Enter information from documents into company databases or spreadsheets
• Review documents and check information for accuracy
• Organize and maintain digital files and records
• Update existing information when needed
• Perform basic data entry and administrative tasks
• Follow simple instructions and established procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

Requirements

• Basic computer and internet skills
• Ability to type and enter information accurately
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word or Excel is helpful
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace
• Previous experience is not required ; training may be provided
