What You’ll Do:

As a Delivery Associate, you’ll drive a vehicle, delivering over 300 packages per day. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve - delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more. You can expect to work 3-4 days per week and up to 10 hours per day.

What You’ll Need:

• Must be at least 25 years old
• Must be able to work legally in the United States
• Must have a valid driver's license active for the past 5 years
• Must be able to deliver over 300 packages per ten hour shifts
• Must be able to drive a 26 ft Box Truck
• Must be a safe driver and have an active New York State driver's license with a clean record
• Must be able to use a  SMART PHONE  to scan/deliver packages, communicate with customers/ sign in and out etc
• Must have a personal smart phone
• Must be able to move/lift/carry up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodations
• Must have a positive attitude
• Must be able to work in all types of weather
• Must be able to handle a manage, distribute a full load of delivery totes and boxes while interacting with walker delivery associates to assign their respective routes for the day associates
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Must meet DOT requirements to drive a BOX truck with air brakes.
• Must complete and pass a three day training
• Must be comfortable and able to work in a performance based position
• Must be able to work at least one  Saturday or Sunday  every week and  holidays

Application Question(s):

• How long have you had an active driver's license
• Do you have experience driving cargo van/ box truck?
• are comfortable delivering in all types of locations( NYCHA projects, residential, High rises, schools, house of worship, commercial locations) ?
• Can you repeatedly enter/exit a van 150+ times per shift?
• This role requires constant movement for 8–10 hours. Are you comfortable with that?
• Are you able to create email accounts, utilize apps on smart phones and use the navigation features on different apps?
