Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to support client communication and service coordination within our Boston operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate information flow between customers and warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
* Provide updates on shipments, inventory, and service requests
* Assist with resolving customer concerns or service issues
* Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely service
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
* Support administrative and operational tasks as needed
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous customer service experience preferred
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry systems)
