As a Compliance Officer , you will oversee our adherence to regulatory standards in the home health sector. This role is pivotal in upholding our commitment to delivering compassionate care with integrity and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs aligned with state and federal home health regulations.
  • Regularly review and update compliance policies to ensure alignment with current regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct internal audits and investigations to identify and resolve compliance issues promptly.
  • Provide comprehensive compliance training to staff, ensuring thorough understanding of regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop, review, and revise compliance policies and procedures.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all compliance-related matters, overseeing reporting and resolution processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in healthcare compliance, with strong knowledge of home health regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on home health care.
