Job Description
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced medical or office environment to join our team. As a File Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will work in a professional office or medical facility where your prior healthcare or hospital background will be highly valued. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of medical office or call center experience and a command of basic office equipment. Responsibilities Perform general filing duties by sorting and categorizing materials, correspondence, and records using alpha, numeric, date, subject, or color-coded systems. Prepare various business forms and physical documents for digital scanning and archiving. Operate standard office equipment daily, including photocopy machines, facsimile (fax) machines, and binding machines. Maintain productivity and strict confidentiality while managing medical or health-related documents. Skills & Qualifications Healthcare, hospital, or medical call center experience (1 year required). High School Diploma (Required). organizational and document sorting skills. Proficiency with basic office and scanning equipment. Note: Prior insurance background is not a fit for this role; direct medical/health background is required.
