Produce and distribute checks
Match check copies with supporting documentation
Scan check copies to the extender file
Send ach deposit files to the bank
Operate computers programmed with account software to record, store, and analyze information
Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile financial records
Access computerized financial information to respond to general accounts payable questions
Disburse checks for payroll and accounts payable
Deliver checks to U.S. post office
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Associate Degree in Finance or a related business field
Experience with Microsoft Suites
