Compensation: $50,000 annually + performance bonuses

America's fastest-growing acrylic bath remodeling company, Luxury Bath of Spokane is seeking an experienced Confirmation Call Center Manager to join our Spokane, WA team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, customer service experience, and a proven track record of managing call center operations. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments for our sales team
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage Call Center Representatives
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Manage and coordinate sales representatives' schedules
• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity goals are met
• Achieve weekly and monthly appointment-setting quotas
• Track key performance metrics and provide performance feedback
• Maintain accurate customer records and reporting

Qualifications

• Previous call center leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to motivate and develop a team
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
