This position will play a critical role in supporting both administrative and sales functions within the company. This individual will be responsible for providing high-level administrative assistance to senior management while also collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure seamless operations and outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and appointments for senior management and sales team members.
· Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, tracking sales metrics, and managing client databases.
· Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
· Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, travel arrangements, and materials preparation.
· Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments within the organization, facilitating communication and information sharing.
· Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
· Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and overall company objectives.
· Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
· Supervise and delegate tasks to administrative staff supporting sales functions as necessary.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
· Proven experience in an administrative role, with at least 1 year of experience supporting sales functions.
· Strong understanding of sales processes and principles.
· Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other relevant sales tools.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
· Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
· Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments.

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
