| There will be a total of four races held during the Championship. Two races will be run on Thursday, September 5, 1996 with the final two races being run on Sunday, September 8, 1996. In addition to the four races, there will be a Celebrity Golf Tournament at the Osage River Golf Club with a portion of the proceeds donated to charity; The Parade of Boats; a Celebrity Concert at Stoneridge Amphitheater in Camdenton; Shopping Promotion at all malls and retail stores throughout "The Lake" area; Theme parties at various restaurants, nightclubs and resorts; Spetacular Boat Show at Columbia College in Osage Beach; Dry Pit viewing at Columbia College Expo Center and Wet Pit viewing of the Race Boats at Caleco's Shooters 21; Family night at Big Shot Family Fun Park and additional family entertainment throughout "The Lake" area. |
